Grief Coaching
Walking beside you through loss—with compassion, presence, and hope.
Grief changes us. It can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain, or simply wondering how to move forward while carrying the love and loss that remain.
Having experienced multiple significant losses in my own life, I know that grief is not something to be fixed or rushed. It asks to be witnessed, honored, and carried with compassion. My personal journey, together with my professional training as a Certified Life Coach, Nature-Connected Coach, and Certified Grief Educator, allows me to walk alongside others with both empathy and understanding.
I offer one-on-one grief coaching for those navigating the loss of a loved one, a relationship, health, identity, a life transition, or any experience that has changed the course of your life.
My role is not to fix your grief or tell you how to grieve. Instead, I walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and deep listening—creating a safe space where you can share your story, make sense of your experience, and discover your own way forward.
Together we honor your unique journey. At your pace, we explore what grief is asking of you while reconnecting with your strengths, your values, and what continues to give your life meaning. Nature often becomes a gentle companion in this process, reminding us that healing is not about leaving grief behind, but about learning to carry it with love.
Whether you are in the early days of loss or years into your grief journey, you are welcome exactly as you are.
It would be my honor to walk beside you.

Grief & Healing Circle
“It is healing simply to be heard, to be met, to be seen, to be known.”
— Jon Kabat-Zinn
Grief touches us all, yet no two journeys are the same.
The Grief & Healing Circle is a circle of belonging—a place where grief is welcomed, stories are witnessed, and hearts are gently held in the company of others.
There is no right or wrong way to grieve—only your way.
Together we create a compassionate space for sharing, listening, and simply being present with one another. No advice. No fixing. Just the healing experience of being heard, seen, and understood.
“A deep sense of love and belonging is an irreducible need of all people.”
— Brené Brown

“A Certified Grief Ed
ucator is committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insight into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief.”
I completed my certification with world-renowned grief expert David Kessler. His work has deepened my understanding of grief and provides the foundation for the education, tools, and compassionate support I offer through my coaching, programs, and Grief & Healing Circles.
My intention is to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate grief with greater understanding, self-compassion, and hope.
