I was born and raised next to the woods where I experienced many adventures. I love speaking metaphorically, especially metaphors from nature. I learned most of my lessons meditating and hiking in nature. Coaching in nature<\/a> for me is like playing in the woods, and my clients experience it too. It is less words more clarity.<\/p>\n I often coach using the natural world, which is miraculous. The space and silence of nature helps to be more open and I become more playful and use the silence for clarity. I coach by listening, asking questions, teaching you tools and connecting you with nature, to help you become more mindful, silent and creative.<\/p>\n I know that my approach, being curious, listening and asking questions, creates a new awareness with my clients and then they become curious and start seeing new possibilities.<\/p>\n Helping people connect continues to be my mission for life, and with my coaching practice I really can make it happen. Some say that religion comes from the Greek word re-ligare which means to reconnect. I always said my religion is kindness, but my belief is in connection.<\/p>\n By nature I am pretty down to earth, but through my experiences with my daughter and my intuition I know there is more to this world that we can see now. I believe that there is something that will connect humanity, the world and nature. Some say it is God, the field, the universe, TAO, or a Higher Spirit, but one day\u2026. The connection to all will be discovered, and I love to be part of that journey. I can\u2019t describe what that would mean.
